For perfect models, mock-ups as well as series parts, not only the form is decisive for the function, but also the surface texture – and in the highest quality.
For an optimal result, the desired surface properties are already taken into account during the production of the master model – because the copy will never be better than the original.
Basically, the following applies: almost everything that is possible in series production can now also be realised in models with the highest precision.

We can treat master models and duplicated parts, as well as metal parts and components according to customer requirements with special painting techniques. Eroding structures, high gloss, special effects (metallic, silver, partial) or subsequent lacquering refine the prototypes & small series. Individual colour samples or colour requests (RAL, NCS, Pantone) are gladly implemented.
Our prototypes and series with the right finish win the race. For this purpose, we offer a wide range of manual finishing processes, depending on the initial technology: Individually, in combination, partially or fully, according to RAL or NCS.
