The aluminium die-casting process is characterised on the one hand by its technical diversity and high precision and on the other hand by its low specific weight. It has good chemical and mechanical properties, high strength, conductivity, corrosion protection and weight saving. The aluminium die casting process is the most widely used method to reproduce high quality castings in series. These are aspects that are important to us from both an economic and an environmental point of view.

Depending on the requirements, complex part geometries can be produced in the fully automated casting cells for small and large series from 1g to 9 kg in weight. Customised production is given by the clamping force of the die-casting machines, which range from 100 to 2000 tonnes and are always at the cutting edge of technology.
