Grinding technology is primarily used as a process in toolmaking and in the individual part production / contract manufacturing of spare parts and machine components. Precision work is required to produce precise workpieces with exact shape and position tolerances. By using different geometries and grit sizes of grinding wheels, we are able to optimally machine surfaces. We also offer this service as contract work, such as profiling your shaped pins, cutting punches, ejector pins and sleeves. For this purpose, we use centreless cylindrical grinding, which enables us to achieve a concentricity of <3 µm.
